Hello! My name is Ai. I have a passion for good food and how this goodness can be worked into your lifestyle for good health.
After modeling full time around the world for more than 10 years, I decided to retire the stilettos for my interest in evidence based science (I wanted to be a forensic scientist but I was too queasy) and my Love of cooking and devouring by completing my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at University of Sydney.
Since then, I have worked in many areas in nutrition. From working as a nutrition researcher at the University of Sydney, working as a clinical dietitian in Australian hospital wards and outpatient clinics, to corporate nutrition and in private practice in Australia and Asia.
Through it all, I have maintained my passion for the science of nutrition and the joys of cooking anything and everything.
My current infatuations in cookery are fermented foods (Pickling/Kombucha) and sourdough baking.
I also have a Thermomix which goes with me everywhere so I always have delicious healthy food for my three young children and lovely husband who has the biggest appetite of all.
